Terms & Condition

1.StringOne will design, develop, and deliver websites and web-based applications as per the agreed specifications outlined in the project proposal or contract.

2.Provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals promptly.Ensure that all provided materials comply with copyright laws and other applicable regulations.Communicate clearly and in a timely manner throughout the project lifecycle.

3.A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to begin the project.The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the final delivery or launch of the website.Payments must be made within 15 days of receiving the invoice.

4.The Company will provide an estimated timeline for project completion based on the scope of work.Delays caused by the Client, such as failure to provide materials or approvals, may result in adjustments to the timeline.

5.The project includes up to three rounds of revisions at no additional cost.If you want another round of revision extra cost you have to pay.

6.Upon full payment, the Client will own the final website, including all designs and source code.StringOne Will retains the right to showcase the completed project in its websites/portfolio unless/otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7.The Company is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services or software integrations unless/otherwise we provide the third party App or website.The Client assumes full responsibility for the use and content of the website after launch.

8.StringOne will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information provided by the Client without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9.Either party may terminate the agreement by providing a 15-day written notice.Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10.StringOne reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of significant changes.

11.Invoice will be sent only after the booking through your Email Id
